Below you will find a basic run down of the courses we offer. We offer all of our classes on a regular basis in a group setting. All classes are 1 to 2 hours. We are able to do them online or in person. We also have custom classes available upon request. We can schedule our custom classes to fit your frame and topic. One on one consultations are available and are charged by the hour. In these one on one sessions, we can do training, you can pick our brain, or you can see how high we can jump. You’re the boss.
